Responsible

• Define marketing direction and develop strategies for all sales channels, both online and offline
• Drive sales in each channel to meet the monthly targets (e.g., securing products at low costs and creating promotions)
• Plan and manage budgets to stimulate sales growth across all channels
• Select advertising agencies, choose media, and design advertisements to maximize efficiency within the allocated budget
• Plan and organize activities, campaigns, and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Develop, create, produce, and manage marketing campaigns across all channels using online media aligned with organizational policies
• Summarize and analyze sales data from all online channels and assess customer behavior to enhance strategic growth
• Effectively promote activities and events through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Line, YouTube, and the company's website
• Plan and manage budgets to drive sales growth in each channel, while creating promotions that meet market demands
• Set clear goals for the team and outline work plans to provide direction and framework for their tasks
• Introduce new trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative tools to stay competitive
• Manage and coach the team to ensure high performance
• Develop crisis management plans and strategies to address potential marketing or brand image issues
